Yesterday (and today) I have been conquering my fear of the telephone.
It's fine. It really is.
The phone is my friend.
What's the worst that could happen?
It's really not that bad.

Yesterday I ran into my Iowans for Hillary boss! AH, this city is SO small, I swear :) He gets his hair cut at the salon on the first floor of my building. Love it. Exciting to see a familiar face every once in awhile :)

I also went to my first happy hour, ever, yesterday, with a guy (we'll call him G). It was a good time. :)

Then that address--that was something else. I loved it. Especially when he focused on energy for a significant portion. YAY!

Hmm what else is new...I'm calling Seattle now. Then Puerto Rico. The language barrier is difficult but it's a really good learning experience.
